Can I purchase ticket insurance?
Yes! We’ve partnered with Vertical Insure to offer optional ticket insurance during checkout. This coverage can reimburse you for a non-refundable ticket if you’re unable to attend due to certain unforeseen circumstances, including:
- Health or family emergencies
- Transportation issues
- Severe weather or natural disasters
- Legal obligations
- Personal safety concerns
- Work, school, or military commitments
Can I bring prescription medication into the venue?
For the safety of all guests, prescription medication may only be brought into the venue if it is in its original pharmacy bottle or packaging and the name on the prescription matches the guest’s valid photo ID. We recommend bringing only the amount needed for the event. Medication that does not meet these requirements may not be permitted inside the venue.
Do I have to pay ticket fees if I buy tickets at the box office?
Cash purchases have no ticket fees. Card purchases include a small processing fee, but they’re still much cheaper than buying tickets online.
What is the difference in tiered ticketing?
All tiers grant the same general admission access to the event. Lower-priced tiers are offered first as a reward for early purchase, and once a tier sells out, the next price tier becomes available. Buying earlier helps fans save money, but the experience inside the venue remains the same regardless of tier.
Is there ADA seating?
A limited number of ADA-accessible seats are available for each show and are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Guests are encouraged to reach out via email in advance to reserve, as availability is limited. Our Guest Services team will also be on-site to assist you during the event.
What are your Box Office hours?
Our Box Office is open during our events, beginning when doors open.
What do I need for entry?
Entry is strictly 21+, and guests should be prepared to present valid identification upon arrival. We may ask for up to two forms of ID. Acceptable IDs include a current driver’s license, passport, state ID or military ID along with a credit card or other form of identification. Expired or digital IDs are not accepted. All guests and belongings are subject to search upon entry. The venue reserves the right to deny entry or remove any guest at any time, for any reason, without refund. All ticket sales are final, and refunds will not be issued for refusal of entry or ejection due to violation of venue policies or staff instructions.
How do I transfer a ticket and/or add-on?
- Go to https://app.opendate.io/users/sign_in.
- "Login" or "Create an Account" using the same email address that the tickets were originally sent to.
- In "My Orders," select "Transfer Tickets" and then choose the ticket(s) and/or add-on(s) that need to be transferred.
- Enter the recipient's details and click "Transfer Tickets" to complete the transfer.
What are the age restrictions at The Vogue?

What parking and transportation options are available at this venue?
Paid parking is available behind The Vogue or in the garage across the street. Street parking may be available, on a limited basis, on certain streets adjacent to the venue.
What items are prohibited?
The following items are prohibited from entering the concert grounds. If you try to bring these items in, you will be asked to dispose of them or return them to your car.
- All firearms (with or without a permit)***
- Bladed items of any kind
- Aerosols, including pepper/mace spray, sunscreen and bug spray
- Fireworks, flammable liquids, and other explosive materials
- Audio recording devices (unless you have been granted a Press Pass)
- Professional cameras and video cameras with telephoto or removable zoom lenses (unless you have been granted a Press Pass)
- Drones or any other remote controlled moving object
- Monopods, tripods, and selfie sticks
- Backpacks and other large bags
- Beach balls and other inflatable items
- Confetti, glitter (any items that may be thrown), and face paint
- Bull horns, musical instruments, and other noisemakers
- Coolers (including any outside food and beverage items)
- Hula hoops and juggling sticks
- Illegal drugs
- Laptops/tablets
- Laser pens
- Pets
- Tents
- Totems
- Any other item deemed inappropriate by management/staff
***The Vogue is a gun-free zone per Indianapolis ordinance.
What is your refund/cancellation policy?
All ticket sales are final. Refunds are only issued if an artist or their team authorizes them for a specific event, or if an eventis rescheduled or canceled. In the case of a rescheduled event, ticket holders will be notified and given a specific window of time to submit a refund request.
What is your bag policy?
Small bags and purses are permitted but will be searched upon entrance.
What food options will be available on site?
We do not offer any food at The Vogue so please plan ahead!
What does a General Admission ticket include?
Along with the opportunity to enjoy an exceptional night of music, a General Admission (GA) ticket grants you access to the main floor and balcony of The Vogue.
Is there re-entry?
No, there is no re-entry permitted. If you leave The Vogue, you may not re-enter.

I can’t find my ticket!
All purchased tickets can be found via email after you complete a purchase.
You can download your tickets to your mobile wallet, or transfer your tickets to a friend, simply login to your account on Opendate (our ticketing partner) using the email you provided at the time of purchase. Visit https://app.opendate.io/users/sign_up to create your account.
In the event you are unable to download your tickets in-advance, we are able to look up your order when you arrive for the event. Please be sure to bring a valid ID with the same name used to make the purchase.
Does The Vogue have a mobile App?
Yes! Purchase and manage your tickets and more. Download from the Apple App Store or on Google Play.
Can I smoke?
There is no smoking permitted inside The Vogue. For most shows, we do allow guests to smoke in a designated area outside the venue.
What can I bring into The Vogue?
The Vogue allows small bags/purses only. No backpacks or larger bags are permitted unless they are required for medical purposes.
Are there Premium upgrades available?
Yes! While generally the venue is general admission, we do offer limited seating as an upgrade to your General Admission ticket through our premium upgrades program. After you purchase a ticket to one of our shows, you will be offered the ability to upgrade to premium seating.
