What is a Health Check?

Health Checks are safety protocols instituted by Event Organizers to help reduce attendee exposure to COVID-19. The Vogue does not set or control Health Check guidelines, which is why different events you see in our venue may have different protocols.

While specific requirements vary across events, some common measures may include but are not limited to: proof of full vaccination against COVID-19, proof of a negative COVID-19 diagnostic test result prior to entering the event, a face-covering requirement, or participating in a brief health questionnaire. Please check the specific Event for event-specific details.

When are Health Checks required?

The Event Organizer (usually the artist) determines if Health Checks will be required to attend an event. In some instances, an Event Organizer may choose to exceed protocols mandated by local governments.  We maintain partnerships with local health departments and abide by all government guidelines.

Health & Safety at the Vogue

At the Vogue, your health and safety are our top priority. We are focused on providing you with a great entertainment experience, while complying with state and local orders and following CDC and Indiana Board of Health guidelines on social distancing, face coverings, and capacity.

We ask that you be mindful of those around you and take caution when entering high traffic areas such as entrances, exits, hallways, restrooms and service areas.

And if you are experiencing any Covid symptoms, please stay home.

Signage: Pay attention to signage as you enter on the exterior of the venue, as well as various points throughout the venue. Remember, by purchasing a ticket and entering the venue you are doing so at your own risk.

Cleaning: The Vogue continues to maintain its enhanced cleaning procedures which include a thorough cleaning before and after every show. The Vogue has implemented a new Viruscide Spray system that is delivered via commercial anaomizer spraying system. The Vogue treats all high-traffic areas with Nu-Foamicide, which is recommended by the CDC to kill Covid-19, before and after shows. Security staff will be responsible for disinfecting high traffic areas including service areas, door handles and restroom facilities throughout the show.

In an effort to reduce and sanitize high-traffic touchpoints, restroom doors will stay open at all times.

Line Cue & Entrance Procedures: We will provide a defined entrance lane for you to enter the venue. Please follow the markings on the ground that will help you maintain social distancing as you enter.

New Point-of-Sale System: We’ve installed a new point-of-sale system that will not only speeds up transaction time and allow guests to complete the checkout process more efficiently, but guests can also pay directly with Apple Pay which creates less handling of cash.

Barricade: When applicable, the Vogue utilizes a stage barricade that allows for proper distancing between the artist and the crowd. This is also a preventative measure to ensure patrons do not get on the stage during the show.

Employees: All employees will wearing a face covering that covers the nose and mouth and will submit to a pre-shift Covid-19 rapid test. Employees who test positive will be sent home immediately.  Employees will take frequent breaks for personal sanitization and hand washing

We thank you in advance for complying with these guidelines. If you have any additional questions regarding Covid-19 safety precautions, please feel free to email info@thevogue.com for more information.
