- You have hospitality experience
- You have a passion for music, concerts, and live events and care deeply about the fan experience for those who attend these events
- You’re flexible, comfortable with ambiguity
- You’re positive, caring, and patient
What You’ll Do
- Welcome VIP guests into the venue
- Answer questions about the venue and VIP experience
- Ensure guests are taken care of, comfortable, and happy
- Maintain a positive attitude
Experience & Skills
- Experience in a hospitality or guest services related role
- Excellent customer service capabilities
- Attention to detail and ability to adapt quickly
- Experience using ticketing platforms and Square is ideal but not required
