Duties

  • Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
  • Have a knowledgeable understanding of all upcoming events and the ticketing information for each show
  • Accurately complete customer transactions through Opendate Ticketing using Stripe card readers
  • Scan tickets for customers upon their entry into the venue using Opendate Ticketing
  • Assist customers with general venue information and questions about our events
  • Assist customers with locating their mobile tickets and resolving any issues they may have with their purchase

 

Required Skills and Experience

  • Excellent customer service capabilities with experience in conflict resolution
  • High level of self-awareness, attention to detail, and ability to quickly adapt to changing situations
  • Ability to work well with others in a fast-paced environment
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
  • Must be able to accurately deal with large quantities of cash or other payment methods
  • Experience in Google Docs, Google Sheets, MS Office, and general computer knowledge
  • Experiencing using Opendate or other ticketing software is a bonus but not required

 

Shift Information

  • Evenings/Weekends
  • This is a seasonal Position but has the opportunity for continued work at other Forty5 venues
